Sgt. 1st Class John Imhoff, an Observer, Coach, and Trainer assigned to 1st Battalion, 409th Regiment, Brigade Engineer Battalion, 4th Cavalry Multi-Functional Training Brigade, assumes a defensive fighting position during a field training exercise February 1st, 2023 at Fort Knox, Kentucky. The exercise gives the Soldiers the opportunity to focus on the fundamentals of being an engineer in the United States Army, as well as refine their proficiency in the military decision making process. The FTX further enables the observers, coaches and trainers throughout 4th Cav. to complete their phase III and phase IV certifications.
