Command Sgt. Maj. John Folger, 2nd Battalion, 15th Field Artillery Regiment, senior enlisted advisor, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, conducts a Non-Commisioned Officers (NCO) professional development for senior NCOs in the battalion conference room on Feb. 8, 2023. The goal of the NCOPD was for Command Sgt. Maj. Folger to discuss leadership, readiness, communications, NCO responsibilities and expectations.
He started the session with his leadership philosophy, highlighting the importance of giving our best efforts and building effective teamwork. He said, "You can't give 100 percent every day, but I urge you to strive to be the best. Whatever that means to you, whether 50 percent or 60 percent, give me 100 percent of that."
