Washington National Guard Soldiers with Charlie Company, 898th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 81st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, set up long-range, mobile antenna systems on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., Feb. 4, 2023. The retransmitting teams and their equipment were sling-loaded to strategic battlefield locations by a CH-47 Chinook crewed by 1st Battalion, 168th General Support Aviation Regiment (GSAB).
