Command Sgt. Maj. Wendall V. Marshall accepts the 2d Theater Signal Brigade’s colors from Col. Ronald Iammartino, Commander, 2d Theater Signal Brigade, during an Assumption of Responsibility ceremony February 9, 2023, at USAG Wiesbaden. As Command Sergeant Major for the 2d Theater Signal Brigade, Marshall is the senior enlisted Soldier in the brigade, and principal advisor to the commander.
