Airmen assigned to the 305th Maintenance Squadron aircraft maintenance check team set up a tripod jack under the right wing of a KC-46A Pegasus on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Feb. 9, 2023. Fuselage jacking and landing gear retraction qualifications were the last major task for the squadron to become fully capable, making the 305th MXS the first fully-capable KC-46 maintenance squadron on the U.S. East Coast region. The team leading the jack and swing training cut 50% off of the standard for major inspection times. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Joseph Morales)
