U.S. Marine Corps Gen. Eric M. Smith, the Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps, congratulates Gunnery Sgt. Jason Miller, a Marine Military Entrance Processing Station Liaison, Marine Corps Recruiting Station Montgomery, for being awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama, Feb. 10, 2023. Miller received this award for enlisting five individuals into the Marine Corps during a one month period. Smith visited the Marines of Marine Corps RS Montgomery and Weapons Company, 3rd Battalion 23rd Marines in order to address questions and concerns about improving the force.
