SAN DIEGO (Feb. 3, 2023) – Vice Adm. Roy Kitchener, Commander, Naval Surface Force U.S. Pacific Fleet, speaks to a Sailor assigned to the Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Montgomery (LCS-8) during a tour. Kitchener evaluated Montgomery’s current state of readiness and met with Sailors.
