YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 10, 2023) — Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy James Honea speaks with Sailors and answers questions during an all-hands call at the Fleet Theater onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). Honea answered questions and discussed his priorities of warfighting competency, professional and character development, and quality of life. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
