230214-N-NT795-243 SAN DIEGO (Feb. 14, 2023) Sailors assigned to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron (MSRON) 11 conduct a High Value Asset (HVA) escort mission exercise as part of the Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF) Boat University (BU) advanced course in San Diego. MESF BU is designed to train and qualify the MESF to sustain mobilization readiness. MESF is a core Navy capability that provides port and harbor security, high value asset security, and maritime security in the coastal and inland waterways.
