Master Sgt. Ana Guzman with the Fort McCoy Equal Opportunity Office provides opening remarks during the Fort McCoy 2023 Black History Month Observance on Feb. 16, 2023, at McCoy's Community Center at Fort McCoy, Wis. Dr. Quincey Daniels Jr., a former Army officer and veteran of many deployments, was the guest speaker. Daniels is also an educator and serves as a dissertation chair and organizational program lead in the School of Education at National University.
