Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency Director, Mr. Kelly McKeague, provides comments during a repatriation ceremony at the Ministry of National Defense Agency for Killed in Action Recovery Identification (MAKRI) headquarters in Seoul, Feb. 23, 2023.
