U.S. Marines with Battalion Landing Team 1/4, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, and soldiers with the 1st Regimental Landing Team, Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, coordinate with one another during a live-fire exercise at Hijudai, Japan on Feb. 24, 2023. The bilateral live-fire training was conducted to maintain proficiency in bilateral tactics in conjunction with maneuver elements during Iron Fist 23.
