ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Col. Keith McGuire, 461st Operations Group commander, and Lt. Col. Joshua Gulbranson, 728th Battle Management Control Squadron commander, unfurl the 728th BMCS guidon during the 728th BMCS activation ceremony and assumption of command ceremony held at the Museum of Aviation Feb. 13, 2023, at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
