A special panel, “The Future of the Chemical and Biological Defense Program,” featured Mr. Ian Watson, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Chemical and Biological Defense, Mr. Darryl Colvin, Acting Joint Program Executive Officer for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense, and COL Christopher Grice, Acting Director for the Joint Science and Technology Office, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, at the 2022 CBD S&T Conference that brought together nearly 1,500 scientists, program managers, and leaders from across the globe to find disruptive solutions that better protect the Joint Force, nation, and our allies from chemical and biological threats.
