U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Robert Michael Fox, a rifleman with V 1/6 Charlie Company, straps on kevlar during a quick reaction force drill as part of PHIBRON/MEU integration (PMINT) Mesa Verde while at sea on Jan. 30, 2023.
