SINGAPORE (Feb. 20, 2023) Fire Controlman 1st Class David Bowman, a member of the damage control training team (DCTT), from Nottoway, Virginia, simulates a class bravo fire during an aircraft firefighting drill on the flight deck aboard Independence-class littoral combat ship USS Oakland (LCS 24) at Changi Naval Base, Singapore, Feb. 20, 2023.
