Capt. Devaunt LeClaire calls for helicopter support after his squad takes enemy fire during a foot patrol at Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field Bogue Oct. 18. The exercise was designed to prepare the Marines with II Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward) for their upcoming deployment to Afghanistan. The Marines are scheduled to deploy as part of a Security Force Assistance Adviser Team.
