Members from the U.S. Air Force and Fuerza Aérea de Republica Dominicana (FARD) are briefed on the background of Fundación Ened in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic, Feb. 21, 2023. The foundation is an orphanage that hosts 28 boys between 5-16 years old who are from both Dominican and Haitian descent.
