Airman 1st Class Galyna Cole, a financial operations technician assigned to the 47th Comptroller Squadron, returns home during Recruiter’s Assistance Program to share her story Jan. 4, 2023, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Cole, an immigrant from Ukraine, became a resident of the United States two years ago, and eventually chose to serve her new country by enlisting in the U.S. Air Force.
