Operations Specialist Seaman Recruit James Welch from Jacksonville, Fla., and Operations Specialist Seaman Jose Rosas, San Antonio, Texas, paint bulkheads aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Vicksburg (CG 69). Vicksburg is deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
