Some local Department of the Army Civilians blasted off their week with M-17 and pistol marksmanship training on Camp Humphreys, South Korea, Feb. 27, 2023. An Army Expeditionary Civilian Workforce Emergency-Essential Mobile Training Team visited South Korea for the week to conduct validation training for DA Civilians designated as Emergency-Essential. According to the MTT, this is the first visit of this kind to Korea. The U.S. Army is requiring this training for E-E Civilians, which will be offered periodically this year. During the week, the civilians sharpened their skills on a variety of topics including Law of Armed Conflict, first aid and chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear preparedness.
