Airmen from the 139th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and medics from the Royal Canadian Armed Forces receive quick response training in a de Havilland Canada CC-138 “Twin Otter” aircraft from the 440 Transport Squadron, Royal Canadian Armed Forces in Resolute Bay, Nunavut, Canada, 26 Feb 2023.
Airmen learned about the capabilities of the aircraft and determined how they could adapt the aircraft for casualty evacuation.
