U.S. Marines speak with senior leadership of the Philippine Marine Corps at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, March 3, 2023. The overall purpose of the visit is to strengthen senior leader relationships between the U.S. Marine Corps and the Philippine Marine Corps, enhance interoperability, and provide Commandant of the Philippine Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Charlton S. Gaerlan a better understanding of the Marine Corps’ current and future combat capabilities.
