Jason Nasr, a food service specialist with the 295th Ordnance Company out of Hastings, Neb., quickly and carefully slices chicken inside the unit’s mobile kitchen trailer at the Greenlief Training Site here Oct. 20. The 295th is one of four units nominated to compete in the Army Reserve Field Kitchen Category of the Philip A. Connelly competition.
