A C-17 Globemaster III, F-22 Raptor, and airfield management vehicle, all assigned to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, are parked Feb. 22, 2023, at Kalaeloa Airport, Kapolei, Hawaii. This marked the first time an F-22 operated at the airport, made possible by a three-month cleaning project. Members of the 154th Operations Support Squadron executed the recovery of more than 4,000 pounds of debris, rendering the airport a safe place to receive fifth-gen aircraft. (courtesy photo)
