Nearly 30 Pennsylvania Army National Guard Equal Opportunity Leaders course graduates are the first to receive “EO” brassards. The brassards, which will help soldiers more easily identify who their unit EO representatives are, were presented along with the course certificates presented by Deputy Adjutant General-Army Brig. Gen. Laura A. McHugh during a ceremony March 3 at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa. (Pennsylvania National Guard photo by Wayne V. Hall)
