OMAN (February 21, 2023) – U.S. Marines assigned to Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team Central Command (FASTCENT) begin moving a simulated casualty during a medical evacuation drill as part of exercise Invincible Sentry 23 in Oman Feb. 21. IS23 is a recurring exercise held with different partner nations each year within U.S. Central Command’s area of responsibility to evaluate the readiness and capabilities of U.S. and Omani forces responding to a regional emergency.
