French Armed Forces Col. Guillaume Katona, commander, 14th Parachute Logistics and Support Regiment, bestows a gift to U.S. Army Lt. Col. Vance Zemke, head of delegation, operations planner, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, after sharing a meal together at the logistics support command in Castres, France during phase two of the French-led exercise, Orion 23, March 4, 2023.
The 21st TSC is partnered with French Logistics Command, COM LOG, under the Unit Partnership Program with U.S. Army Europe and Africa and French Land Forces. COM LOG invited 21st TSC to observe the reception, staging onward movement and medical services operations to support the partnership and introduce subordinate units.
