Warrant Officer 1 Daniella Blanco, 518th Sustainment Brigade under the 377th Theater Sustainment Command, cuts a rack of lamb during her contemporary hot food exercise at Fort Lee, Virginia, March 8, 2023. During this exercise, chefs have one hour to prepare and plate their entree. Service members from all branches of the military and three international teams gather at Fort Lee to compete in the 47th Joint Culinary Training Exercise.
