The 501st Military Intelligence Brigade (Theater) welcomed Maj. Gen. Michele H. Bredenkamp, commanding general, U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command; Command Sgt. Maj. Kyle Gilliam, INSCOM’s command sergeant major; and Chief Warrant Officer 5 Jonathan Irby, INSCOM’s command chief warrant officer, Jan. 31 through Feb. 3. Maj. Gen. Bredenkamp and her team visited the units in the 501st MIB(T) footprint to engage with Soldiers and to recognize exceptional individuals for their hard work. They hosted professional development sessions and a townhall to discuss some challenges the Soldiers and civilians face in their unit and as Army professionals. The highlight of the visit was the ROK/U.S. Military Intelligence Reception, which strengthened the bonds with our Republic of Korea allies.
