Gen. Andrew P. Poppas, Forscom Commander, presents safety awards to individuals for their accomplishments with the most significant contributions to risk mitigation, accident prevention initiatives, hazard control measures, and safety program success, Mar. 9, 2023, Fort Bragg, N.C.
Annually, FORSCOM G1 accepts and boards Unit and Individual Safety Award Nominations with an objective panel consisting of Safety Directors and Program Managers throughout the Command to select winners of the Army Exceptional Organization Safety Award (AEOSA / 0-5 through 0-9 Level Commands) and the Army Individual Award for Excellence in Safety (AIAES) by category. FY22 nominees competed against peer organizations and represented the most outstanding of FORSCOM organizations and individuals in Safety.
