U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Lukas Frazer, U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Trevor Henderson and U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Kody Kross, pavements and equipment technicians with the 36th Civil Engineering Squadron, guide an arresting system into place on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, March 16, 2023. The 36th CES’s power production shop and pavements and equipment shop worked together to replace two arresting systems on the flightline to ensure aircraft are able to stop on the runway during the landing roll or after a high speed rejected take off.
