230223-N-LZ409-1011 KEKAHA, HI (Feb. 23, 2023) Shawn Hanna, a Standardized Field Sobriety Test instructor for Kaua`i Police Department, explains some of the indications of a person being under the influence of an intoxicant during a three-day training evolution held at Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Barking Sands. The purpose of this training is to certify Navy Security Force Sailors in identifying persons who are under the influence while operating a motor vehicle. PMRF is the world’s largest instrumental multi-environment range capable of supporting surface, subsurface, air and space operations simultaneously.
