PHILIPPINE SEA (March 21, 2023) – Ensign Benjamin Frazier III, from Philadelphia, practices a takedown maneuver during security reaction force training aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69) while operating in the Philippine Sea, March 21.
