Lt. Col. Joycelyn Magday, commander of 1st Battalion, U.S. Army Reserve Careers Group, talks with Lt. Col. Jeremy Fiesel from the Army Reserve Engagement Cell during the 7th Mission Support Command's Recruiting and Reserve Partnership Council, hosted 16 March at the Armstrong Club at the Vogelweh Housing Area, Kaiserslautern, Germany. The event brought together 7th MSC unit commanders, local Army Reserve recruiters, and representatives from U.S. Army Reserve Careers Group, to build understanding of the unique recruiting and retention challenges and goals of the 7th MSC, the Army Reserve in Europe.
