James Harris Jr., the fire house captain with Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting and a Lake City, Fla., native, explains procedures he and his Marines follow on the flight line aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Oct. 27. Five members of the Palomar College Fire Club, who will be firefighters and fire officers when they graduate, visited the air station to broaden their understanding of the career field.
