Air support for the airborne operation was provided by the U.S. Air Force’s 15th Wing, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, the 19th Airlift Wing, Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, and the 374th Airlift Wing, Yokota Air Base, Japan.
