The Navy now has 28 new coaches, thanks to the MyNavy Coaching Team, who conducted a five-day coaching master course at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, March 13-17. The training teaches Sailors how to be a coach and leads to the Navy Enlisted Classification or Additional Qualification Designator, granting them the Level 1 Certified Navy Coach designation/title.
