A Filipino contractor supervises the offload of equipment in support of oil-spill response operations at Subic Bay International Airport, Philippines, March 26, 2023. The Exercise Balikatan 23 Joint Mobility Coordination Center enabled timely delivery of equipment to assist the Philippine Government in cleaning affected areas in Mindoro, Philippines. Balikatan is an annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. Military designed to strengthen bilateral interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
