PHILIPPINE SEA (March 16, 2023) Hull Technician 2nd Class Cecil Smart, from Panama City, Florida, and Culinary Specialist 1st Class Song Lin, from Johnson City, Tennessee, apply a jubilee patch to a pipe in aft steering aboard Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67) during a damage control drill. Shiloh is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 70, and is forward-deployed to Yokosuka, Japan to support the security of the U.S. and its Allies in the Indo-Pacific.
