Some members of NOREX 44 brave a Swedish dish, surstrømming, at the Vauldalen Fjellhotel on Feb. 17, 2017. This traditional dish consists of fermented herring that alone is nearly inedible, but prepared properly with flatbread, boiled potatoes and sour cream is manageably consumed.
