CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (March 25, 2023) Nancy Harcar, University of Maryland Global Campus representative, and Petty Officer 2nd Class Shavon Higgins, J5 volunteer coordinator, celebrate the success of the Coin Con hosted on Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, March 25. CLDJ is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied, and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
