The 2023 All American 5K first place winner, Bradley Garcia, with a time of 17 minutes and 34 seconds, receives his award, March 25. At the resounding blast of a howitzer, 865 half-marathon runners and 895 5K runners raced across Fort Bragg on March 25 for the first time since the start of the pandemic and for the last time before the installation redesignates to Fort Liberty on June 2.
