Ian Hay, from Cranford, New Jersey, an aviation command and control warfare prospective weapons and tactics instructor, assigned to Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1), participates in a Marine Air Command and Control System Integrated Simulated Training Exercise, during Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) 2-23, at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona, March 31, 2023.
