U.S. Air Force 9th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Airmen and a 9th MXS aircraft egress mechanic weigh down the wing of a U-2 Dragon Lady for proper balance and to place a pogo during Dragon Flag EAST, April 5, 2023, at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. 9th MXS Airmen and 9th AMXS Airmen worked together in retrieving pogos after launch and placing pogos after recovery to ensure steady taxi on the runway throughout the exercise.
