Gen. Richard Cody, Vice Chief of Staff of the Army, speaks with Lt. Col. David Burwell, commander of the 1st Battalion, 320th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, at the battalions headquarters on Camp Liberty, Feb. 13.
