Staff Sgt. Tony Ciccone refuels a Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) M978 2,500 gallon fuel tanker National Guard Armory in Freehold, N.J., which is one of three fuel distribution points to include Egg Harbor Township and West Orange and will provide mobile fuel support for first responders and vehicles supporting critical infrastructure Nov. 3, 2012. The HEMTT, which is the backbone of U.S. Army logistics, is rapidly deployable and is designed to operate in any climatic condition.
