Coast Guard and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration officer candidates, foreign military personnel and members of organization Tall Ships America receive instruction on donning survival suits in the event of an emergency, April 8, 2023, while underway in the Atlantic Ocean aboard USCGC Eagle (WIX 327). Eagle conducted a four-month summer deployment, sailing across the Atlantic Ocean, to teach practical seamanship skills to the future leaders of the service, foreign military personnel as well as partner members from Tall Ships America and NOAA Corps.
