A UH-72 Lakota helicopter carrying Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen and Nebraska Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Daryl Bohac, takes off on an observation flight to observe damage and firefighting efforts near Lake Waconda in Cass County, Neb., April 10, 2023. The fire burned approximately 700 acres and threatened dozens of homes after spreading across the Missouri River from Iowa.
