A group of high school educators from Riverside, Orange, San Diego, and Sacramento, California, take photos of a F-35C Lightning II on Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, San Diego, California, April 6, 2023. The Educators’ Workshop gives high school teachers an opportunity to witness recruit training and interact with Marines stationed at three installations in California during a five-day all-expense paid trip. While visiting Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, MCAS Miramar and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, the teachers gain knowledge that they can share with high school students interested in Marine Corps Service.
